Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

1. Seller & checkout

These terms govern purchases of the Theta Wheel Book Options Tracker (the "Product") sold by Theta Wheel Book ("we"). Orders are processed by our third-party checkout provider, which may act as the merchant of record and is responsible for collecting payment and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST. Its own terms also apply to your payment.

2. What you buy

A downloadable spreadsheet file (.xlsx) delivered electronically after payment. No physical goods are shipped. Price is shown at checkout in U.S. dollars and may exclude taxes calculated by the checkout provider.

3. License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and modify the Product for your own record-keeping. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or include the Product in another product for sale or free distribution.

4. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. If Theta Wheel Book isn't right for you, email support@thetawheelbook.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason. Refunds go back to your original payment method through our checkout provider. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

5. Not advice; risk

The Product is an educational, impersonal record-keeping tool. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice and does not recommend any trade. Options trading involves substantial risk. See our Risk Disclosure.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as stated in Section 4, the Product is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of calculations, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, tax consequences, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
