Who we are

This website is operated by Theta Wheel Book. Contact: support@thetawheelbook.com.

What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and it has no account system or forms. Our web host may automatically record standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and operations, retained for a limited period.

Purchases

When you click "Buy" you are taken to our third-party checkout provider, which collects your name, email, billing details and location to process payment, deliver the file and calculate taxes. Its privacy policy governs that data. We receive order information (such as your name, email, country and order details) so we can deliver the product, provide support and keep business and tax records. We never receive your full card number.

The spreadsheet

The spreadsheet runs entirely on your device or in your own Google account. We do not receive any trade data you enter.

How we use information

To fulfill orders, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, other U.S. states, the EU or UK), you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information. Email support@thetawheelbook.com and we will respond as required by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
